Eco Viagens is a travel agency with various offices in Portugal mainland and islands.

Established in 1996, this company began its activity in the incoming tourism segment. This is still nowadays its main core business and consists mainly on providing all the necessary support to international Tour Operators, in order to assure a service of excellency to its clients. Due to its commitment and dedication, today Eco Viagens still represents renowned Tour Operators.

But this wasn’t the end of it. Eco Viagens spread its services to the outgoing segment - the traditional business of travel agencies, consisting of selling trips, among other services, to residents, either in Portugal or across the World. So, in 1997 the first front office was inaugurated in the centre of Portimao.

Still betting on growth, dynamism and development, a new investment was made in 2002, in brand new luxury buses, intending to organize trips and transfers, by its own means. Nowadays, Eco Viagens still provides transportation and transfer services, although no longer with its own buses.

In 2009, a new step was given towards success, which translated on the inauguration of a new branch office in Funchal – Madeira. This agency is also dedicated to the incoming tourism segment, representing several international Tour Operators, that look for this delightful destination.

In the same year, one more branch office was created in the Algarve, this time in Silves. However, taking in consideration the conjuncture and after a thoughtful analysis of all pros and cons, that office ended up closing doors. Yet, Eco Viagens’ offices are still present in the Algarve, in Portimao and Praia da Rocha.

Intending to publicize its services around the World, but not being limited to physical spaces, in 2009, Eco Viagens also developed an online commercialization tool, with no geographical barriers – the online website That way all services and products started to reach guests in every part of the World, more quickly and efficiently.

Even though in a financial crisis environment, Eco Viagens endured, through rewarding bets and alliances, and continued to provide its services in the upcoming years, with the same kindness and dedication.

In 2012, it was time to expand Eco Viagens’ area of intervention. With that in mind, a new office was inaugurated in the centre of Lisbon, this time dedicated to the MICE segment, that is, business tourism and groups.

In 2014, due to its strong growth, the office in Lisbon was transferred to Carcavelos, with a nationwide operation, counting with various services, in order to satisfy all present and potential clients, either in leisure or business.

It was on 2016 when a new investment opportunity came up, this time in the weddings segment. And that way It is bourn Dream Day Wedding Planners, dedicated to the organization of weddings in the Algarve, Lisbon and Oporto.

Nowadays, Eco Viagens keeps offices in the areas of Praia da Rocha - the main office -, Portimao and Carcavelos, besides Funchal – Madeira island. In the weddings segment the office is based in Quarteira.
